Section 22(4) in The U.P. Rice and Paddy (Levy and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1985
(4)The Divisional Commissioner shall communicate in writing the order passed in appeal to the appellant and also the purchase officer concerned. Every Order of the Divisional Commissioner on such appeal shall be final.
