115. Certified account to be conclusive evidence as to arrears.
- An account, certified by Peshkar or any other Taluqa officer, higher in rank than a Peshkar, shall be conclusive evidence of the existence of the arrear its amount, or of the person by whom it is due. On receipt of such certified account, the Collector or one district shall proceed to recover the arrear of land revenue of another district under the provisions of this Chapter as if the arrears is of his own district.Recovery of Arrears of Land Revenue
