Section 12(2) in The Bengal Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 1946
(2)A grace period up to five minutes on any day may be allowed for attendance to any individual workman, subject to a maximum limit of fifteen minutes per week. No workman shall be allowed access inside the workshop or place of work after the expiry of half an hour from the scheduled time for starting work, except with the permission of the Manager or the officer authorised by the employer in this behalf.
