Section 14(1) in Rajasthan private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(1)Every appeal under sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Act shall be preferred in Form IX signed by the aggrieved person or his authorized advocate and presented to the appellate officer in person of sent to him by registered post.
