Section 11(3) in The Shri Jagannath Temple Rules, 1960
(3)The Committee shall from time to time keep the State Government informed of the list of such properties, the steps taken by it, and the result of all such proceedings along with the records for its inability, if any, in securing possession, custody, charges or control thereof.
