Section 37(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)Every person specified in section 36 who desire to operate in the market area shall apply to the market committee for grant of a licence or renewal thereof in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed by bye-laws.
