Section 102(3) in The Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994
(3)On the receipt of the decision, the Election Commission shall,-(a)forward copies, thereof to the authorities to which copies of the order of the Election Tribunal were forwarded under Section 92 ; and(b)cause the decision to be published in the Official Gazette.
