ORAL ORDER
4 29-11-2021Registry is directed to show the name of Mr Sunil Kumar who is a panel counsel for the NCTE.
The grievance of the petitioner is that for enhancement of seats to the B.Ed. Courses, the petitioner's application was cancelled as the NCTE found certain deficiencies as reflected in (Annexure-6 dated 22.07.2015). The petitioner pleaded in the petition that he preferred an appeal before the Committee and the Committee has not taken any decision.
Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the NCTE is hereby directed to ascertain as to whether the NCTE (the Committee) has taken a decision on the petitioner's appeal or not. If the decision has been taken on petitioner's appeal, the same shall be made known to this Court by the next date of hearing.
