Section 17(1) in The M.P. Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 1968
(1)The Board of Examiners may direct any candidate who in the opinion of the majority of the members appears too old or physically unfit through deformity, constitutional weakness, defective eyesight, deafness or loss of a limb to perform efficiently the duties of a Boiler Operation Engineer to produce a certificate of fitness from a Registered Medical Practitioner. If, however, the candidate fails to produce a certificate of physical fitness, the Board shall have power to refuse the issue of a certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer.
