01.10.2021 Caveat No.1420/2021 shall stand discharged. The dispute is regarding the appointment of ANM. The advertisement provides that all engagements shall be made as per the standing Guidelines of the National Health Mission presently in vogue. These guidelines have not been brought on record.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to bring on record the same.
Mr. Qayoom, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not possessed of the said guidelines and it would be proper if Mr. Shah Aamir, learned counsel for the official respondents is directed to bring them on record.
In view of the above, we direct Mr. Shah Aamir, learned counsel for the official respondents to supply the guidelines of NHM presently in vogue.
List on 11th October, 2021.
Any appointment, in the meantime, on the post of ANM in the concerned village/ Mohalla shall be subject to the outcome of the decision in the appeal.
