Section 4(2) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(2)The University shall endeavour to promote the use of Marathi as the medium of instruction and examination:Provided that, English may be the medium of instruction and examination in such subjects, and for such period or periods, as may from time to time, be prescribed by the Statutes.
