Section 9(1) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(1)The President shall be a person of eminence having distinguished himself in the areas of design, planning, environment and technology'. He shall be a person of vision and subscribe to the objectives and philosophy' of the University and shall be interested in academics.
