Section 29(1) in The Delhi Metro Airport Express Line, General Rules, 2010
(1)No train with defective safety equipments, cab signaling, leading cab controls, interior lighting, brakes or doors shall remain in passenger service and shall be removed to depot and replaced by a serviceable train at the earliest opportunity.
