Section 49(2) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(2)The Market Committee shall hold a meeting each year during the first week of January to prepare budget of income and expenditure for the ensuing market year. The budget shall be submitted to the [Director] [Substituted/Inserted/Deleted by Notification No. F. 10(19)/Agriculture/Group II/74, dated 4.7.1975-Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-C, dated 10.7.1975, dated 4.7.1975 and again by Notification No. F. 10(191 )/Agriculture II/Group II-B/74, dated 24.9.1986-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 24.9.1986, p. 119, dated 24.9.1986.] or any officer authorised by him in this behalf not later than the fifteenth Januaty for approval and the abstract accounts of the receipts and expenditure of the previous market year shall be submitted to the [Director] [Substituted Inserted Deleted by Notification No. F. 10(19)/Agriculture/Group II/74, dated 4.7.1975-Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-C, dated 10.7.1975, dated 4.7.1975 and again by Notification No. F. 10(191 )/Agriculture II/Group II-B/74, dated 24.9.1986-Rajasthan Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-C, dated 24.9.1986, p. 119, dated 24.9.1986.] or any such officer not later than thirteenth April.
