Section 12(5)(c) in The Rajasthan Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1959

(c)The gross weights of commodities in vehicle load and tare weight shall immediately be recorded by the trader or his agent and a signed record of weighment shall be handed over to the person concerned after each weighment is completed and before the vehicle is removed from the weighbridge.
