Section 2(f) in Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994
(f)"person" means-(i)an individual who is a citizen of India;(ii)an association of individuals or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, whose members are citizens of India;(iii)a company in which not less than fifty-one per cent. of the paid-up share capital is held by the citizens of India;
