(3)The District Judge may withdraw any such proceeding taken cognizance of by, or transferred to, a [Civil Judge Class I] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 17 of 1982 (w.e.f. 15-4-1983).] under his control, and may either dispose it of himself or transfer it to any other competent Court. 3
