.         The record shows that the petitioner has now made good

the deficit amount, thereby demonstrating that 75% of the awarded amount has been deposited in this Court in compliance with Section 19 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006.

2. Hence, issue notice, returnable on 11 th December 2025.

3. Mr. Rahul Kedar, learned counsel, waives notice for contesting respondent No.2. The respondent No.1 being a formal party, service of notice on it is dispensed with.

4. Respondent No.2 may file reply affidavit in the petition on or before 1st December 2025. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed on or before 9th December 2025.

5. This Court is informed on behalf of respondent No.2 that an application for withdrawing the deposited amount has been moved on behalf of said respondent. Copy of the application has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today. The petitioner is granted time till 1st December 2025 to file a reply to the application. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed on or before 9th December 2025.

6. List the application for further consideration, along with the petition, on 11th December 2025.
