Section 14 in Tamil Nadu Non-Resident Tamil's Welfare Act, 2011
14. Resignation by directors.
- Any director other than an ex-officio director of the Board may, at any time, resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Government, and his office shall, on acceptance of resignation by the Government, become vacant.
