Section 16 in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
16. Authorities of the University:-
The authorities of the University shall be the Academic Committee, the Executive Council, the Planning Board, the Departments of Studies, the Finance Committee and such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be authorities of the University.
