Section 17 in The Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999
17. Establishment of Board.
- As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board to be called the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification.
