Section 16(iii) in The Maharashtra Electricity Duty Act, 1958
(iii)The exemption shall be available till the date on which all or any of the orders mentioned in the Schedule hereto cease to be in force, or on the date on which any other power restrictions imposed by Government on industrial consumers from time to time cease to be in force or till the 31st March, 1983, whichever is earlier.
