State of Himachal Pradesh - Subsection

Section 10(2)(i) in Himachal Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1969

(i)The employer of an establishment shall in the prescribed form intimate to the prescribed authority the working hours, the day in a week, referred to in clause (b) of section II and the period of interval of the employed person, within fifteen days of the date of registration of the establishment.
