Section 8(1) in The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Legislature Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, 1997
(1)The election of Speaker shall be held on such date as the Lieutenant Governor may fix, and the Secretary shall send to every member notice of this date.
