Section 13(1) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010

(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall exercise general control over the affairs of the University and shall be responsible for the due maintenance of discipline in the University. He shall exercise all powers necessary for maintenance of discipline in the University.
