Section 28(4) in The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992
(4)The Government shall, soon after the submission of the annual report along with audited annual accounts and balance sheet of the Board under sub- section (3), cause the same to be laid before the State Legislative Assembly:Provided that when the report and accounts are to be laid in the Budget Sessions, these shall be laid before the House on the first sitting of the Session:Provided further that the said report shall be laid before the State legislative Assembly before the close of the Financial year following the year to which the report relates.
