_____________________________________________________ HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ Order 01/12/2017 Application No. 39054/2017 has been filed seeking correction of the date of pronouncement of judgment passed by this Court in S.B. Arbitration Application No. 26/2017.
It is contended that judgment in the aforesaid case was pronounced on 06.10.2017 but due to typographical error, date of pronouncement has come to be mentioned as "05.10.2017".
Date of pronouncement of order is corrected by red ink in the original judgment and the same may be accordingly reflected in the web copy of the judgment.
Application stands disposed off.
