Section 3(1) in The Maharashtra Merged Territories (Janjira and Bhor) Khoti Tenure Abolition Act, 1953
(1)the khoti tenure shall, wherever it prevails in the merged territories of Janjira and Bhor included in the district of Kolaba, be deemed to have been abolished; and
