1. Subject to the petitioner filing clear copies of any dim or illegible documents, forming part of the record and on which the petitioner seeks to rely within a period of four weeks from today, exemption is granted for the present.

2. This application is disposed of.

1. Issue notice, returnable on 4th May, 2021.

2. Counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks with Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SUNIL SINGH NEGI ARB.P. 207/2021 Page 1 of 2 Signing Date:10.02.2021 14:08:13 advance copy to learned Counsel for the petitioner who may file rejoinder thereto, if any, within two weeks thereof.

3. The amount of claim in this case is only in the region of ₹ 6 lakhs, and I do not see why such a claim should be subjected to protracted arbitral proceedings, even if the contract between the parties allows for arbitration. It would be advisable that the parties resolve the disputes between themselves, if necessary with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

4. Be that as it may, as there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent, renotify on 4th May, 2021.
