Section 23(1) in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
(1)Whoever holds a certificate of registration under this Act shall maintain such books, accounts and records relating to the activities carried out under the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, in such form, as may be prescribed.
