WHEREAS the Petitioners ahove named through their Advocate Sri & Rama
Subba Rae presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constifution of India
nraying that in the cirournstances stated in the alfi davit filed therewith, the High Gait
may be pleased to deciare the G.O.Ms.No.$0, Finance (HR-Hl-Pension GPF}
Department, it, dafed 20-08-2022 of the 1 Respondent to the extent of reduning the
Additional Quantum of Pension fram 102 to 7% and 14% fo 12% ard also fo the extent of giving eect of the same on compiation of 7O/7S years instead of commence of POV? years and as adapted by the 2 Respondent by ifs G.OLO No 22/0GMiAdm IS & ERP) 2022, dated 27-05-2022 and aise consequential recavery of Additional Quantum of Pension paid fromm 01-04-2620 as per the annexure appended to the WP. as ilegal, arbirary and violative of Article 14 and 18 of the Consfitution of india by Issuing aopreprate wrh, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus and corseduenily direct the 2° Respandent to pay Additiangl Quantum of Pension 10% or 15 3 as the case may be and also direct fo refund of Additional Quantum of Pension recovered from the petitioners as per the annexure forthwith with interest @ 12% 0.4.
