Section 1(3) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(3)In its application to the Varanaseya Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya (which after the coming into force of this Act in relation to that University shall be called the Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya), the State Government may, [from time to time] [Inserted by Uttar Pradesh Act No. 21 of 1975.] by notification in the Gazette, make such exceptions or modifications not affecting the substance, in the provisions of this Act, as the circumstances may require.
