This appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.(C) No.4571 of 2007 dated 13th February 2007.
2. This Court by the order in W.P.(C) No.4833 of 2007 dated 27th March 2007, has issued certain directions to the State Government.
3. In view of the observations made by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, in our opinion, the relief sought for by the appellant in this appeal will not survive for consideration of this Court. Therefore, this writ appeal is disposed of as having become unnecessary.
