Section 11(1) in M.P. Niji Vidyalaya (Fees Tatha Sambandhit Vishayon Ka Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 2017
(1)There shall be a State Committee for Regulating Fee and Related Issues to decide on the proposals of increments of fee under clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 5 and to hear the appeal against the orders of the District Committee for Regulating Fee and Related Issues.
