Section 7(1) in Bihar Advocates Welfare Fund Rules, 1984
(1)The Bar Council shall transfer to the Fund 25 per cent of the enrolment fee collected during a financial year and the State Government shall transfer the sale proceed of the stamps after the payment of commission to the account of the Fund as provided in Section 13 and Section 22(5) of the Act respectively.
