Section 19(1) in The Orissa Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1964
(1)The building shall not be within a radius of 100 metres of educational institutions, hostels attached to such institutions and hospitals including hospitals under private management. If after grant of licence educational institutions, hostels and hospitals come up within the restricted areas, it shall not stand in the way of renewal or licence already granted to the licensee.
