14. Reports to the Commission.
- The Central Transmission Utility may report to the Commission, such of the developments, as it considers appropriate in regard to performance of the licensee during construction and operation of the project.Provided that the Commission may at any time call for such information in regard to performance of the licensee, as it deems necessary.
