Section 36(1) in Puducherry School Education Act, 1987
(1)Any person aggrieved by any order, decision or direction of the appropriate authority under any provision of this Act may prefer an appeal against such order, decision or direction, to such authority or officer as may be prescribed; and different such authorities or officers may be prescribed for different classes of recognised schools.
