Section 9(4) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Rules, 1958
(4)The occupier or the agent of a factory or the society shall give a copy of the entries in the register on application made before the 15th December in any year to any cane grower or member of the society receiving payment at the rate of twenty five naye paise for each cane grower.
