Section 33(1) in The Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidhyalaya Adhiniyam, 1991
(1)The University shall constitute for the benefit of its employees in such a manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by Statutes such insurance and provident funds as it may deem fit.
