(2)The Accounts Committee of the Development Authority shall consist of such numbers, not being less than three and not more than five, as the Development Authority may determine, to be selected by the members from amongst themselves:Provided that the Chairman and the Member-Secretary shall not be the member of the Accounts Committee of the Development Authority.
