33. Accounts and audit.
(1)The Command Area Development Board shall maintain true and proper accounts in consonance with CPWD Code and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the balance sheet in such form as may be prescribed.(2)The accounts of the Command Area Development Board shall be subject to audit annually by such officer as may be authorised by the Director of Accounts of the Government and as certified by him together with audit report thereof, shall be forwarded annually to the Government.
