UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following
O R D E R
Ld. counsel for respondent no. 1 prays for further time to file Signature Not Verified counter affidavit. Records reveal that vakalatnama on Digitally signed by Indu Marwah Date: 2022.08.26 behalf of the said respondent was filed way back on 7.1.2020 and 10:47:41 IST Reason:
thereafter by order dt.3.3.2020 prayer for further time was Contd....-2-
allowed and four weeks' time was granted to file counter affidavit; however, the said counter affidavit has not been filed till date. As such, prayer for further time stands refused.
Respondent no.4 has filed counter affidavit. Issue notices at once on the same particulars upon unserved respondent nos. 2 and 3. Ld. counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted liberty to take steps for effecting substituted service upon the said unserved respondents.
