Section 15(1) in The U.P. Promotion and Protection of Fruit Trees (Regulation of Harmful Establishments and Housing Schemes) Act, 1985
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Promotion and Protection of Fruit Trees (Regulation of Harmful Establishments and Housing Schemes) Ordinance, 1985 (U.P. Ordinance No. 5 of 1985) is hereby repealed.
