Section 22(1) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(1)Every Co-operative shall include in its budget annually, provision for expenses for the education and training of members, potential members, staff and members of board for the development of their Co-operative in accordance with the Co-operative principles as specified in Scheduled D.
