Section 32(4)(b) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018

(b)on holiday mentioned under the proviso of sub-rule(3), shall be entitled to overtime fee at such rate as may be fixed by the Excise Commissioner and the amount payable as overtime fee shall be recovered from the manufacturer by the State Government.
