40. Assessment of work.
- A candidate shall secure atleast 50 per cent of the marks in the written or oral examination as well as in practical test in order that he can be awarded a certificate of proficiency for 1st class, 2nd class or restricted class as the case may be, under the rules.Note:- Oral examination and practical test shall be conducted by the board of Examiners.Chapter-IX Grant of Certificate
