Section 11(1) in Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014
(1)If the amount determined by the competent authority under section 10 is not acceptable to either of the parties, the amount shall, on an application by either of the parties, be determined by the arbitrator to be appointed by the State Government from among persons who have been district and session judges, in such manner and on such terms as may be prescribed by rules.
