                     seeking to initiate action as per the Circular No.HO/PSD/IR(NEGO)/52-
                     1/2010/42 dated 12.08.2010, issued by the UCO Bank with regard to

                                                          ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Association has instructed that they are not interested in conducting the case. Hence, he requested this Court to dismiss this writ petition as having become infructuous.
