Section 5(1) in The Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991
(1)The Civil Services of the State, the members of which are subject to these rules, shall be classified as follows :(a)the State Services; and(b)the Subordinate Services.
